The 5 Days Chobe Safari Lodge & Paraa Safari Lodge Murchison Falls Safari will take you to Uganda’s Largest National Park known for having the World’s most Powerful waterfall. You will have a life giving Experience as you watch the Murchison falls force itself out through a narrow 8m gorge and also an Encounter with Africa’s Big 5 Mammal species which are Lions, Buffaloes, Rhinos, Leopards and Elephants.
Murchison falls National Park is located in the North Western region of Uganda. It is the largest National park in Uganda covering an area of 3,840sqkm. It has a variety of wildlife of about 76 mammal species like Lions, Leopards, Elephants, Giraffes, Buffaloes, Uganda kobs, Bush bucks, Chimpanzees, and also Primates like black and white colobus monkeys, red tailed monkeys, blue monkeys, red colobus monkeys, L’Hoest monkeys, and various bird species of about 451 like the grey crowned crane, the rare shoe bill, giant kingfisher, Giant heron, marabou stork, black headed lapwing, black bellied bustard, Nightjars among other bird species.
Day 1: Arrival and Pick up from Entebbe International Airport or your Hotel – Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park with a Stopover at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary
The 5 Days Chobe Safari Lodge & Paraa Safari Lodge Murchison Falls Safari will start with a pick up from Entebbe International Airport or at your Hotel by our Professional driver guide from Paradise Adventure Vacations who will meet and greet you, he will brief you about the entire journey and thereafter embark on a drive to Murchison falls National Park. You will have a stopover at Ziwa rhino sanctuary for rhino tracking, Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary is the only place in Uganda where you will get up close to these Magnificent Creatures in their Natural Habitat and while here, you will encounter not only the white rhinos but also some antelopes and birds. After the tracking experience, you will return back for a special lunch and later continue to the Park for a freshly prepared dinner as well as a relaxed overnight.

Day 2: Murchison falls National Park – Morning Game drive – Launch Cruise – Hike to Top of the falls – Evening to Night Game drive
Wake up for an early morning breakfast, prepare yourself for another exciting encounter. Day 2 of your 5 Days Chobe Safari Lodge & Paraa Safari Lodge Murchison Falls Safari will start with an early morning game drive through different trails of the park like Albert trail, buligi trail and the Victoria trail. While here, you will meet eye to eye with different mammal species like Bufaloes, elephants, lions, leopards, bush barks, giraffes, warthogs, Jackson’s hartebeest, , crocodiles, hippos, Uganda kobs among others, you will then return to your lodge for relaxation and lunch.
Launch Cruise
Later in the afternoon, you will embark on an afternoon boat cruise upstream to the bottom of the falls and it will take about 3 hours, while on the cruise, you will see the Nile crocodiles resting under the shade, herds of hippos while in water, elephants swimming and drinking water at the water banks and also for the bird lovers, be on the lookout for the different bird species like the shoebill, the black bee eater, grey crowned crane, marabou stork, Malachite kingfisher, Abyssinian ground hornbill, Long-tailed nightjar, Senegal thick-knee, Black-headed lapwing, Long-toed lapwing , Black-billed barbet, and many others, you will have a view of the magnificent Murchison falls as it roars and pours its waters through an 8m narrow gorge .
After the cruise, you will hike to the top of the falls for another breathtaking moment, take as many pictures as possible to keep you connected and give you beautiful memories of the Pearl of Africa. Have a 30 minutes rest and proceed for a Unique evening to Night game drive with an armed park ranger and spotlight torches which will enable you view the nocturnal animals as they hunt like hyenas, leopards, lions, bush babies, buffaloes, elephants and also hippos as they graze on short grass among others. You will then return to your accommodation for Dinner and an overnight.

Day 3: Murchison Falls National Park – Chimpanzee Tracking in Budongo Forest
Day 3 of your Safari will have an early morning delicious breakfast and check out of your lodge with your packed lunch. Drive for about 1 hour to Budongo Forest located on the Escarpment Northeast of Lake Albert. Upon arrival, you will be briefed about the Do’s and the Don’ts when you are with the Chimpanzees, you will also be assigned a chimpanzee group to look out for as well as a ranger guide to guide you through the Forest.
You will then start the trek and on your way you will encounter other primate species like the black and white colobus monkeys, olive baboons, and red tailed monkeys among others. Upon finding the chimpanzees, you will have a maximum of 1 hour to spend with them while watching how they go about their day to day activities. Take as many pictures as possible and then return for your lunch and thereafter transfer to your lodge for your dinner as well as an overnight.

Day 4: Murchison Falls National Park – Nature walk with Relaxation
Having had a great night, you will have your lovely morning breakfast as you enjoy the Sounds of the mighty waters of the River Nile and Hippos while in water. You will then go for a guided Nature walk with an armed ranger guide who will help you spot various mammal species like buffaloes, elephants, giraffes, Uganda kobs along with different bird species. You will later return to your lodge for a mouth-watering lunch and spend the rest of the day relaxing at your lodge.

On your final day of the Safari, you will have a relaxed delicious breakfast and then check out of your lodge with your packed lunch or you can opt to have your lunch at the lodge and thereafter embark on a drive back to Entebbe International Airport for your departure flight back home or you can opt to spend another night in Kampala City.
